TSM Corals proudly guarantees live arrival on all of our livestock. Any "DOA Claims" must be reported within 2 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by a photo of the item in question. TSM Corals is not responsible for any losses due to carrier delays, mishandling or weather, as these things are far beyond our control. That being said, it is our right to delay any shipment if we feel the weather may pose an issue. You, the customer, agreed to file any shipping related claims with the carrier. TSM Corals will only issue refunds in the form of a credit to be used on future orders.There will be no refund on shipping charges under circumstance. You as the credit card holder agree not to "Charge Back" any charges. We are not responsible for any losses due to improper care. Please rest assured that TSM Corals will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.
