UPS Price Increases | New Free Shipping Minimum Increase

As of January 25, 2021 we will be increasing our Free ship level to $499.
TSM Aquatics strives to keep our shipping prices competitive with the industry. Any fish you purchase from TSM Aquatics has undergone a minimum of a 30 day quarantine before being made available for sale on the website. We invest a significant time and financial investment to make sure the fish we ship you is 100% healthy and eating when we ship out. We ship out our livestock priority overnight with UPS to your home in a temperature controlled insulated box with a heat/or cold pack depending on the season. We hope you value the efforts and care we put into shipping each box to you the customer.
In an effort to better help us keep up with the increasing costs of shipping rates by UPS, we are increasing the free ship level from $300 to $499.
We do allow customers the ability to combine orders to meet that ship level if any order processing is active, while a new order is received. Please use code "existingorder" in that case to avoid paying for shipping twice.
We'd also like to remind customers that UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee on March 26, 2020 and until further notice.
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Since almost a year ago, March 26, 2020, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination until further notice.
For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
