Refund policy

RATES: UPS Priority Overnight service is $29.99 to all customers who live in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Customers who live outside of those states pay $54.99 for UPS Overnight Shipping. Customers can receive free livestock shipping on orders OVER $500! This includes corals, inverts, and saltwater fish. If your order is $499.99 or less, you will be assessed a shipping charge for the order.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL: All sales of livestock are final. Starting February 1, 2026, a 25% restocking fee will apply to cancelled orders. Refunds will only be issued as store credit. Full cash refunds are only issued if we cannot obtain the item you ordered, or if repeated attempts to acquire and quarantine your fish are unsuccessful.

ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE: TSM Aquatics proudly guarantees live arrival on all of our livestock. In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival), we must be contacted within 2 hours of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the deceased item, both in the shipping bag and out of the bag. In the event that a buyer does not contact TSM Aquatics within the specified 2-hour time frame, we reserve the right to decline DOA coverage. Such cases will be reviewed at management’s discretion. BUYER MUST BE AT LOCATION TO RECEIVE DELIVERY. NOT DOING SO VOIDS ALL DOA COVERAGE. No returns on purchases. Verified DOA’s will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Once the livestock is in your aquarium, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is implied past delivery. There will be no refund on shipping charges under any circumstance. You as the credit card holder agree not to "Charge Back" any charges. If free shipping was applied to the order we will deduct all shipping costs from the credit. TSM Aquatics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or other acts beyond our control.
