Shipping policy

SHIPPING:  We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO'S, APO'S, or FPO'S. If all of the items in your order are ready to ship immediately we will contact you via email to confirm a shipping date. We will not ship any livestock unless the shipping date has been agreed upon. A tracking number will be sent via email once the item ships. Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer on the order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

DRY GOODS: Dry Goods are not available for pick up at our livestock warehouse. All dry goods are shipped. All orders will ship for a flat rate of $18.99. Our dry goods will be shipped directly from Coral Vue. If you have livestock products in your cart, you will pay for shipping separately for livestock unless you have reached the free ship level of over $500. The shipping costs will be combined in the checkout summary.

All live items are shipped via UPS using Priority Overnight service Monday-Friday and typically arrive by 10:30 am EST.

All livestock is packaged safely for transit taking into account temperatures at both origin and destination. That being said, it is our right to delay any shipment if we feel the weather may pose an issue. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery (UPS posted time). Once we receive the digital photo we will issue store credit in the form of a TSM Aquatics gift card. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds. We will only issue a credit towards future orders.We will only issue credit towards future orders. You will have 90 days from issued date to use the gift card before the balance expires. TSM Aquatics cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late.
