Shipping Policy

RATES: UPS Priority Overnight service is $29.99 to all customers who live in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Customers who live outside of those states pay $54.99 for UPS Overnight Shipping. Customers can receive free livestock shipping on orders OVER $500! This includes corals, inverts and saltwater fish. If your order is $499.99 or less, you will be assessed a shipping charge for the order.

SHIPPING:  We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii or to PO'S, APO'S or FPO'S. If all of the items in your order are ready to ship immediately we will contact you via email to confirm a shipping date.  We will not ship any livestock unless the shipping date has been agreed upon. A tracking number will be sent via email once the item ships. Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer on the order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All live items are shipped via UPS using Priority Overnight service Monday-Thursday and typically arrive by 10:30am EST.

All livestock is packaged safely for transit taking into account temperatures at both origin and destination. That being said, it is our right to delay any shipment if we feel the weather may pose an issue. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery (UPS posted time). Once we receive the digital photo we will issue a store credit in the form of a TSM Aquatics gift card. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds. We will only issue credit towards future orders. TSM Aquatics cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late. 

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL: If an order must be cancelled we will offer you a 100% credit in the form of a gift card.

ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE: TSM Aquatics proudly guarantees live arrival on all of our livestock. In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) we must be contacted within 2 hours of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the deceased item, both in the shipping bag, and out of bag. In the event that a buyer does not contact TSM Aquatics within the specified 2 hour time frame, we reserve the right to decline DOA coverage. Such cases will be reviewed at management’s discretion. BUYER MUST BE AT LOCATION TO RECEIVE DELIVERY. NOT DOING SO VOIDS ALL DOA COVERAGE. No returns on purchases. Verified DOA’s will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Once the livestock is in your aquarium, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is implied past delivery. There will be no refund on shipping charges under any circumstance. You as the credit card holder agree not to "Charge Back" any charges. If free shipping was applied to the order we will deduct all shipping costs from the credit. TSM Aquatics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages or other acts beyond our control.
